ORDER
(delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) Mr. P.S. Sivashanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice for the respondents. With the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself.
2. By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent to consider his application dated 13.07.2015 in the light of the Anthropological Report dated 18.02.2015 circulated by the second respondent to all the Revenue Divisional Officers. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after making the aforestated application, the petitioner has produced several relevant documents for taking proper decision.
4. At this stage, we are not inclined to make any observation as the petitioner's application is pending consideration for appropriate decision. However, we make it clear that all the documents produced by the petitioner along with the application or thereafter, including the Anthropological Report, be considered while examining his application for issuance of community certificate within the parameters prescribed by the Supreme Court in a catena of decisions.
5. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
