ORDER

Heard the learned counsels, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the respondent.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to take appropriate action, as per the directions issued by the Court of Chief Commissioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for Persons with Disabilities, on 14.10.2014, in Case No.2804/1024/2014.

The petitioner has stated that, in spite of the directions having been issued by the Court of Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, by its communication, dated 14.10.2014, to enquire into the matter relating to the complaint of the petitioner, dated 8.9.2014 and to submit a report to the said Court, within thirty days from the date of receipt of the said communication, no action had been taken by the respondent, till date.

At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondent, had submitted that an enquiry would be conducted and a report would be sent to the Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, New Delhi, pursuant to its communication, dated 14.10.2014, issued in Case No. 2804/1024/2014, within a period of fifteen days from today.

In view of the said submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondent, this court is of the considered view that no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition. Hence, recording the above submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the writ petition is closed.
