This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to implead the petitioner/third party as a respondent in the above Writ Appeal. 2.Though this petition is seriously opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, in view of the fact that the petitioner in this impleading petition has filed a Civil Suit in respect of the same property, this Court finds that he may be a proper party for an effective adjudication. Hence, this petition is ordered.
