This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to entrust petitioner's complaint dated 17.12.2017 and 18.12.2017 to any other Inspector of Police.

2. The petitioner has sought for transfer of his complaint dated 17.12.2017 and 18.12.2017. But it is seen that it is only a civil dispute between the petitioner and respondents 4 to 7. As such the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
