This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.7926 of 2023 on 13.04.2023 to stay at Tiruvannamalai and appear before the Inspector of Police, Tiruvannamalai Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly till today.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
