Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent comprised in its communication in Lr.No.056/AUTCBE/R/R4/15th Syndicate/Action Taken/222/2012 dated 09.02.2012 Lr.No.294/AUTCBE/COE/C1/2012 dated 07.03.2012, both issued by the first respondent as also the impugned communication in Lr.No./6103/COE/C31/2012 dated 03.04.2012 issued by the third respondent and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, irrational, contrary to the principles of natural Justice and contrary to the directions contained in the common order dated 18.8.2010 passed in W.P.No.11397 of 2010 and batch and consequently forbear the respondents, their officers, employees, subordinates or any other persons claiming or acting under them from in any manner proceeding to take action against the petitioner college in respect of the allegations pertaining to mass copying alleged

to have taken place in the petitioner college during the I semester examinations held in December 2010/January 2011, otherwise than in accordance with the directions issued by this Hon'ble Court, wide its common order dated 18.8.2010 passed in W.P.No.11397 of 2010 and batch.

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing on both sides, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 2.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
