ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to the first respondent to produce the body of the detenue Muthuselvi, D/o.Muthumariappan, Hindu, aged 22 years, who has been illegally detained by respondents 4 to 6 herein, before this Court and to set her at liberty forthwith, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submits that the petitioner and the detenue are living together in Andhra Pradesh.
