This revision seeks a direction to learned Subordinate Judge, Pollachi, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.227 of 2013 within a stipulated time.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

3. A perusal of the adjudication proceedings in the case reflects that much delay has been occasioned at the stage of cross-examination of PW-2. The case is of the year 2013 and posted for cross-examination of PW-2 on 23.01.2015 which eventually was completed on 30.10.2015. The matter was posted on 11.12.2015 for examination of respondent witnesses and till date, the same has not been commenced. In the circumstances, this Court directs the learned Subordinate Judge, Pollachi, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.227 of 2013, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than four months from the date of receipt of this order.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
