ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 08.01.2020.

2.Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, he was issued C.S.R No.7 of 2020 and after conducting the detailed enqiry, the same was closed on 15.03.2020.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

4.Recording the said submission, this petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint before the appropriate Court.
