ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent police to register the case and investigate the complaint dated 17.07.2021 lodged by the petitioner vide C.S.R.543 of 2021 in accordance with law.

2. The petitioner has lodged a complaint on 17.07.2021 based on which C.S.R.No.543 of 2021 was assigned and thereafter enquiry was conducted. It was found that similar complaint is pending before the Inspector General of Registration and conducting the enquiry for the same. There is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a property dispute pending between the petitioner and the counter petitioner wherein they are claiming right over the same property. In view of the same, the case has been closed as civil in nature.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the direction that the closure report to be served to the petitioner.
