The grievance of the petitioner is that the third respondent herein had made some derogatory remarks against Thiru.Bangaru Adigalar and his devotees, which has been posted in the You Tube. For removal of such derogatory remarks, the petitioner had given a representation dated 16.03.2017 to the respondents. The petitioner has come up with this writ petition, seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of his representation, dated 16.03.2017 under the supervision of the first respondent.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that as requested by the petitioner in his representation dated 16.03.2017, the video containing derogatory remarks been removed from the You Tube. The submission of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.
