Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 27.08.2020 by directing the second respondent to issue eligible loans to the petitioner in accordance with law .

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 27.08.2020, wherein the petitioner has requsted for agricultural loan.

2. Heard Mr.S.Sairaman, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.Girija, learned Addl. Govt. Pleader appearing for 1st respondent and Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Addl. Govt. Pleader appearing for 2nd respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 27.08.2020 and take a decision with regard to entitlement of the petitioner for the agricultural loan, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
