O R D E R

The petitioner made a representation on 10.08.2010 alleging that the name has been wrongly changed in Survey No.84-8A under the UDR patta situated in Pannal Village, Nagapattinam District. It was followed by another representation dated 30.08.2010. The respondent no.3 has also sent his report to the respondent no.1 as per the proceedings dated 10.05.2011. Thereafter, on 04.07.2011, a notice was sent by the respondent no.1 to the petitioner. By a subsequent communication dated 26.11.2011, the respondent no.1 has directed the respondent no.2 to conduct an enquiry in furtherance to the enquiry report submitted by the respondent no.3. On 09.07.2013, the petitioner was asked to come for an enquiry again by the respondent no.1, which was followed by another notice dated 20.07.2015. Despite the same, as no final orders have been passed, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Considering the above, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1 to pass appropriate final orders on the pending enquiry within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
