This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide order dated 23.01.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.28540 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent Police.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply the conditions as directed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
