Respondents --- PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to implement the order of the Honourable Court dated 09.10.2007 in W.P.No.47114 of 2002 and further details of 18,974 educational institution buses with regard to their fitness as educational institution buses, number of inspections done on the said vehicles between 2007 and 2012 and also with regard to employment of drivers and conductors in those vehicles and further directing respondent no.4 to take steps to register a case under section 304 (part 2) IPC against all those responsible for the death of the child who was run over on 25.07.2012 by an educational institution bus owned by zion matriculation Higher Secondary School, Tambaram, Chennai. ---

O R D E R

(Made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J.) This writ petition, designed as public interest litigation, was filed for a direction seeking to implement the order dated 09.10.2007 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.47114 of 2002 in respect of buses owned or used by educational institutions.

2. This writ petition was directed to be tagged along with Writ Petition No.20272 of 2012, which has been disposed of by order dated 03.09.2012. The order passed in the said writ petition will govern this case also.

3. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
