Seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.09.2017 and consequently to appoint her as Noon Meal Organizer in the existing vacancy at Panchayat Union Middle School, Govindarajapalayam, Attur Taluk, Salem District, the petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has come to know that the 2nd respondent is proposed to call for applications to fill up the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
existing vacancy for the post of Noon Meal Organizer at Panchayat Union Middle School, Gonvindarajapalayam, Attur Taluk in the Salem District, for which, the petitioner has given representation dated 07.09.2017 to the 2nd respondent, therefore, on these facts, it is claimed by the petitioner that her application made for the post of Noon Meal Organiser in the existing vacancy at Panchayat Union Middle school, Govindarajapalayam, Attur Taluk, Salem District should be accepted.
3. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the documents available on record.
4. This Court is unable to accept the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is not known how the petitioner can come to this Court seeking a Writ of Mandamus on the assumption that the 2nd respondent is proposed to call for applications for Noon Meal Organizer ? Therefore, the prayer in the Writ Petition is misconceived and stands rejected. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
