221/2021 respectively and thus render justice Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.BABU VARADHARAJAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (crl side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to modify the condition in Paragraph No.5 [a] and [c ] dated 05.07.2021 in Crl.OP.No.10995 of 2021 passed by this court in relation of reduction of the nonrefundable deposit of Rs.25,000/- and exemption to furnish a Government surety in Crime No.221 of 2021.

2. This Court vide order dated 05.07.2021 in Crl.OP.No.10995 of 2021 in Crime No.221 of 2021, while granting bail to the petitioner/accused, imposed the aforesaid conditions.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the condition are sought to be modified however he restricted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

his prayer to modify the condition imposed for production of Government surety may be modified to local surety.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that he has no objection for granting the said modification. 5.

In view of limited request made, this petition is allowed only to the extent of modifying the condition imposed by the court in paragraph No.5(c) as to provide local surety. Apart from the aforesaid modification, the order passed by this court in all other aspects stand unaltered.
