This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6390 of 2023 on 24.03.2023.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner had complied with the condition imposed by this Court only for 14 days.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for 14 days and subsequently he has not complied with the condition, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition.

4.This petition stands dismissed accordingly.
