This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.08.2022, vide C.S.R.No.1112 of 2022 dated 09.08.2022, in view of the order dated 01.03.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.817 of 2023, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. On a perusal of the order dated 01.03.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.817 of 2023, it is revealed that the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, directed the respondent to conduct a preliminary enquiry and file a report, and also, if any offences are disclosed, register the First Information Report. However, so far, the respondent did not conduct the preliminary enquiry and also failed to register any First Information Report.

4. In view of the above, the respondent is directed to register the 2/4

First Information Report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, in Crl.M.P.No.817 of 2023, and proceed with the investigation against the accused.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
