PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition i.e. ''The petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, after lifting of the lockdown or the commencement of the Court's normal functioning whichever is earlier, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.'' imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4780 of 2020 dated 13.08.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.8190 of 2020 dated 09.07.2020.

ORDER
(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.4780 of 2020 dated 13.08.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.8190 of 2020 dated 09.07.2020, that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, after lifting of the lockdown or the commencement of the Court's normal functioning whichever is earlier, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.
4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.4780 of 2020 dated 13.08.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.8190 of 2020 dated 09.07.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
