This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the II Additional District Judge, Salem to complete the trial in S.C. No.101 of 2015 within a time frame.

It is seen that the aforesaid case is posted for arguments and that today, in Crl.O.P. No.15521 of 2018 which also originates from S.C. No.101 of 2015, this Court has also confirmed the order dated 05.04.2018 passed by the Trial Court in C.M.P. No.13 of 2018 in S.C. No.101 of 2015 on http://www.judis.nic.in the file of the II Additional District Court, Salem.
