Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in the order dated 25.08.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.12872 of 2020. ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12872 of 2020 dated 25.08.2020, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12872 of 2020 dated 25.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every Month until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
