Crl.M.P.No.7125 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24037 of 2022 V. LAKSHMINARAYANAN.J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1081 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24037 of 2022 on 31.01.2023.

2. Heard. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
