WMP.No.15202 of 2022 in W.P.No.13637 of 2022 D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.

According to the petitioner, the impugned order of transfer has been passed on 29.04.2022 and relieving order was passed on 04.05.2022 and both the orders were served to the petitioner on 05.05.2022 and the present writ petition has been filed on 30.05.2022 and in the instant writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the impugned order of the second respondent dated 17.05.2022 in and by which the fifth respondent was posted in the place of the petitioner.

2. This Court has granted interim order of stay on 03.06.2022.

3. The fifth respondent has filed a counter affidavit. Mr.G.Sankaran, learned counsel for the fifth respondent submitted that the fifth respondent has taken charge on 19.05.2022 itself and therefore, he seeks for vacating the interim orders passed by this Court.

4. It is seen that there is no interim stay of the petitioner's relieving order and the fifth respondent has taken charge on 19.05.2022. In the light of the above, this Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the interim order already granted by this Court is vacated.
