Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 23.03.2026 and consequently cancel the erroneous TSLR entries bearing TS No.58, TS No.59 and TS No.60, and issue fresh TSLR entries including the names of Mr.Arumugam, S/o. Late Chinnappan and Mr.Varadharajan, S/o.Late Nagappan (grandson of Late Chinnappan) in respect of the property bearing No.138, Peeliamman Koil Street, Tharamani village, Chennai - 600 113, comprised in Survey No.27, Block No.6, within the limits of Velachery Taluk. ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to cancel the alleged erroneous TSLR entries for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition based on the petitioner's representation, dated 23.03.2026 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner also seeks for a direction to include her husband's name in the TSLR for the subject property. The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with this Writ Petition in support of her representation.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated supra, is considered on merits and in accordance with law after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties which includes the parties in whose names presently the TSLR for the subject property stand, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on merits of the petitioner's representation.

For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation, dated 23.03.2026 seeking for cancellation of the alleged erroneous TSLR entries for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition by including the names of Arumugam and Varadharajan after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and 3/5
