Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records which culminated in passing the order bearing Reference No. Nil, dated 09.06.2018 of the 5th respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to promote to the petitioner as B.T.Assistant (History) from the date of 6th respondent appointment and give all consequential monetary benefits, within a time limit, that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
