The petitioner has come up with a prayer to issue direction to the respondents to maintain the passages situate adjacent to Shop No.F/B-3 Kamarajar Flower Market as it found in the original Master Plan of Koyambedu Wholesale Market Complex, Koyambedu, Chennani - 600 092.

2. Heard Mr.S.Sai Raman, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.N.Sampath, learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent and Mr.M.Velmurugan, learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent and perused the records.

4. In the light of the above submission, no further adjudication is necessary in this Writ Petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There is no order as to costs.
