These petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioners on bail pending investigation in crime No. 159 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to the land dispute the petitioners assaulted the defacto complainant with wife and also set fire to the victim's vehicle and thereafter the victim died. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.
