O.P.No.10920 of 2023 which has been mentioned in paragraph No.5(a) with regard to blood related surety, ie. " [a].the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two sureties (out of which one surety should be a blood related surety), each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate-II, Egmore, Chennai."
