(This case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences publishable under Sections 457 & 380 of IPC in Crime No.909 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner apprehends arrest in Cr.No.909 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 457 & 380 of IPC.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police has filed a status report and in the status report itself, it has been stated that as per the investigation and the records available, the petitioner is not an accused in Cr.No.909 of 2020.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
