Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 5.4.2014 which was recommended and forwarded by the third respondent in his proceeding No.3198/A/2014 dated 28.4.2014, seeking promotion in the cadre of Assistant Sub Registrar Grade II and Sub Registrar Grade I from the date on which promotion was given to the petitioner junior's in the above cadres with all monetary benefits.

O R D E R
The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the seniority in the post of Sub Registrar Grade-I has not been fixed in accordance with the Rules in force.

2. In this regard, the writ petitioner submitted a representation to the second respondent on 4.8.2016.
3. Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 4.8.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the abovesaid representation and other relevant documents, if any, along with the order passed in this writ petition.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
