O R D E R

The petitioner made a representation on 22.07.2014 to the respondent no.1 seeking for measurement, followed by issuance of patta for the house site in S.F.No.785/11, 785/12 and 785/13 in Arakkonam Taluk, Vellore District. The representation of the petitioner was forwarded to the respondent no.2. Despite the same, no further action has been taken. The petitioner has also made another representation on 27.05.2015. On its non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration of the above, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1 to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
