ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition, challenging the notice dated 31.12.2003 issued by the first respondent for recovery of entire arrears of tax along with penalty to the tune of Rs.4,20,957/-.

3.In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
