(CRIME NO.790/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the Condition (b)the petitioners shall report beforee the respondent police daily at 10.30am until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.13149/2022 on 07.06.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13149 of 2022 on 07.06.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has only complied with the conditions from 16.06.2022 to 24.06.2022 and thereafter not complied.
