This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 11.00 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.4948 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5762 of 2023 dated 06.04.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) has submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry), the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4948 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5762 of 2023 dated 06.04.2023 is totally relaxed.
