ORDER

As seen from the docket sheet of the present Writ Petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner was present on 25.07.2025. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the petitioner undertook to file the translated copies of the documents in Tamil. Conditional order was passed that in the event of failure to file the translated copies by 15.10.2025, the case would be dismissed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner failed to file translated copies on

15.10.2025 and the case was posted today under the caption "for dismissal" . Today, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, nor have filed the translated copies of the documents in Tamil.

3. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
