JUDGMENT

When the second appeal came up for hearing on 06.03.2025, the counsel on record was not present. Even today, i.e., 18.03.2025, the counsel on record is not present. The second appeal is of the year 2019 and hence, I do not find any reason to keep the appeal pending. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the second respondent is present.

2. In view of the above, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
