ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 392, 397, 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No. 1160 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused waylaid the defacto complainant and robbed Rs.3,000/- from him. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are totally five accused involved in this case. The petitioner is arrayed as A5. He would further submit that A3 to A5 were absconding. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner, the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much required in this case and therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
