The matter is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that a typographical error has crept in para No.4.1 of the order dated 19.07.2018 wherein, instead of mentioning III Standard in 2013, it has been wrongly mentioned as II Standard in 2012 and the correct fact has been affirmed by this Court in para 9 of the order. Therefore, the same needs to be corrected.

vga '4.1.The petitioner is a Medical Research Scientist with International recognition in the field of Bacterial Infections and Cancer Research and is presently practicing as an Advocate in Chennai. His daughter viz. Keerthana Dinesh was pursuing education at St. Raphael's Cathedral School (CBSE), Palakkad, Kerala, since her Class I. Amidst marital issues, prioritizing the overall welfare of the child, the petitioner wanted his daughter to continue her studies in the above said school under his care and supervision. However, his estranged wife, viz. Dr.K.N.Lakshmy, who is also a party to the above writ petitions took away his daughter from him to a different place after completion of her III Standard in 2013. Thereafter, he came to know that his daughter was admitted by his wife in one Silicon City Public School, Konanakunte, Bengaluru.'
5.Excepting the above corrections, the order passed by this Court on 19.07.2018 remains unaltered in all other aspects. 6.Registry is therefore directed to issue the modified order incorporating the above corrections at the earliest. 06.12.2019 vga W.P.
