This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the complaint registered against this petitioner and other named accused for the alleged 1/4
offence under Sections 147, 148, 448, 294b, 323, 324, 427 and 506(ii) IPC.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that due to some quarrel between the students in the campus, altercation took place in the residential place. Based on the CCTV footage, this petitioner been wrongly implicated though he did not involved in the offence. 3.
However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation in this case is based on the complaint given by one Shrivishal who has named this petitioner and others as the assailants. This complaint is also been supported by CCTV footage. Since the enquiry is in advance stage, the petition to quash the FIR is unwarranted. 4.
This Court, on considering the material placed, is of the view that it is not a fit case to quash the complaint. It is appropriate to direct the Investigating Officer to complete the investigation within a period of two months and file final report.
