ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Vaniyambadi, Tirupattur, to decide the I.A.No.5 of 2024 in O.S.No.5 of 2024 expeditiously and dispose the same. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that despite an interim order, the petitioner is unable to enjoy the fruits of the interim order granted by the competent Court. He has moved an application to punish the respondents under Order XXXIX of Code of Civil Procedure and the said application has not been taken up for effective hearing.

3.In view of the above, I direct the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Vaniyambadi, Tirupattur, to dispose of the said I.A.No.5 of 2024 in O.S.No.5 of 2024, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.In fine, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
