(order of the Court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to extend the time fixed for payment of costs of Rs.10,000/- to each of the workmen for a period of three months from the date of the order.

2. An objection had been raised by the learned counsel for the respondent is that on earlier two occasions time had been sought and time had been granted and that though originally 12 weeks time was granted for deposit of costs, by way of these extensions and now nearly about five months had lapsed by this date, no payment has been made. However, an outer date of 31.07.2023 is fixed for payment of costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to each of the workmen and no further extension would be granted.
