ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the third respondent herein to consider petitioner complaint dated 13.06.2023 and 24.02.2025 to proceed in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, enquiry is in progress and about to register the FIR.

4. In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to register the FIR on the complaint lodged by the petitioner as against the accused persons and proceed with the investigation as against the accused in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition petition is disposed of. No costs.
