ORDER

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1199 days in representing the S.A S.R No. 118335 of 2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has misplaced his case bundle hence he was not able to represent the appeal on time. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.

3. Considering the fact that the reason assigned by the petitioner is satisfactory. Hence, this Court is inclined to allow this petition with the condition that the petitioner shall pay a cost of Rs.1,000/- to the State Legal Service Authority, Chennai.
