This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to grant leave to the petitioner to prefer instant civil revision petition challenging the judgment and decree dated 30.03.2023 passed in O.S.No.3639 of 2020 by the XVI Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. The Petitioner is a 3rd party to the proceedings. According to the Petitioner, suit in O.S.No.3639 of 2020 has been filed in respect of the Petitioner's property, without impleading the Petitioner in the said proceedings.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed as prayed for.
