This Application is filed to recall PW-1 for further examination. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and perused the affidavit filed in support of the applications. 3.Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant was examined as PW-1 and documents were marked. He would further submit that at the time of recording evidence, he has produced only photo copies of Legal heirship certificates of one P.Kalyani, one of the daughter of Testatrix and one P.T.S.Thiyagarajan, deceased son of Testatrix, and the said documents could not be marked. Since the examination of PW-1 was closed and the matter was posted before this Court, the applicant has come up with this application.

4.Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing this application.

5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Application stands Ordered. Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to recall PW-1 for further examination. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/
