Respondents Prayer : The writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 herein from in any way assign and grant patta to the fourth respondent herein for the Plot No.8, comprised in S.No.78/1B Kottaimedupatty Village, Omalur Taluk, Salem District, which was assigned and patta granted to the petitioner by the second respondent in Proceedings No.Na.Ka.No.41207/09/D8, dated 4.6.2012 and by the third respondent, dated 31.7.2012.

2. This writ petition has been filed, praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 from granting patta, to the fourth respondent, in respect of the Plot No.8, comprised in S.No.78/1B, situated at, Kottaimedupatty Village, Omalur Taluk,
3. The petitioner has stated that the fourth respondent is attempting to cancel the patta issued in the name of the petitioner, through the third respondent, by employing unfair methods and by undue influence.
4. At this stage of hearing of the writ petition, a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the third respondent, stating that the patta in respect of the Plot No.8, comprised in S.No.78/1B, situated at, Kottaimedupatty Village, Omalur Taluk, Salem District, stands in the name of the petitioner.
5. The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 had submitted that, if any action is taken to cancel the patta, standing in the name of the petitioner, necessary formalities would be followed, as per law, and a notice would be issued, to the petitioner and to the other persons concerned, if any.
In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 herein, this Court is of the view that no further orders are necessary, in the present writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
