This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner.
2. Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instruction would submit that it is the matter related to family dispute.
3. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents police.
4. Such view of the matter, this Court cannot issue any blanket direction. However, if it is found to be civil dispute, the respondents police shall relegate the parties to the Civil Court.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
