The petitioner has filed this contempt petition, to punish the respondent for disobeying the order of this Court in C.M.P.No.11141 of 2023 in C.M.A.No.1150 of 2023 dated 13.05.2023. 1/3

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the Hon'ble Supreme Court in and by an Order dated 30.05.2023, has directed the appeal to be decided expeditiously and that in the mean time, the parties shall maintain the status quo as on date.

3. The present contempt petition is in respect of the order, which is impugned in the appeal.

4. In view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, recording that "the parties shall maintain the status quo as on date", this Contempt Petition is closed for the present.
