This revision seeks a direction to learned Additional District Munsif I, Salem, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.778 of 2015 within a stipulated time.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioners.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for petitioners that the petitioners 1 and 2/defendants 1 and 2 are senior citizens, aged 76 and 71 respectively, this Court directs learned Additional District Munsif I, Salem, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.778 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
